About Juliana

Juliana Walker (she/her) is currently the Content Specialist at the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Previously, she worked as a reporter in her hometown, Spruce Pine, North Carolina at the Mitchell News-Journal. In 2018, she graduated from Elon University with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in International Studies. A year later in 2019, she graduated from Elon again with an M.A. in Interactive Media.

In her free time, she enjoys browsing local thrift stores, trying out any dutch oven friendly recipes, perfecting the lighting in her apartment and exploring the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains.
